A quick and Easy Chicken Fried Rice Recipe that tastes as authentic as takeout but is made with healthy oil, gluten-free soy sauce, and full of good-for-you vegetables!
Ingredients
∙ Serves 5

  • 1 lb Chicken
Produce
  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper
  • 1 Green onions
  • 1/2 cup Peas, frozen
  • 1 cup Sweet onion
Refrigerated
  • 4 Eggs
Condiments
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce, gluten free
Pasta & Grains
  • 4 cups Rice, cooked
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
