Boldly flavored with ginger, lime & chili pepper, these Thai minced chicken lettuce cups touch all your taste sensations.

  • 2 lbs Ground chicken

  • 1 Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Cashews or peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh
  • 1 Cilantro and/or mint, sprigs
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1 large head Iceberg or butter lettuce
  • 2 tsp Lime, zest
  • 1 Lime, wedges
  • 1/4 cup Mint, fresh
  • 1 Red onion, large
  • 2 Scallions, large
Condiments
  • 3 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Sriracha
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar, light or dark
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
Oils & Vinegars
